About Me

David Heflin
Portales, New Mexico, United States
I am a 35 year old full-time preacher for the 3rd and Kilgore Church of Christ in Portales, NM. I have a wonderful wife, Katie, and two active boys, Josiah (7) and Micah (5)and one beautiful little girl, Rebekah (2). I love the Lord Jesus Christ who has saved not only my soul but ever fiber of my being. My faith has been passed down to me through the Churches of Christ for six generations. I love and am committed to that fellowship, even if I believe that we have been wrong on many things. I also believe we have a few things right, but have lacked the grace to communicate those at times. My prayer is that our future is a bright one, full of rediscovering ourselves, but most importantly rediscovering Jesus. If we do that, we will be fine.
